I have been doing a pretty good job of avoiding frozen "tv-dinner-like" meals for months now. It's food that's just worth calories and sodium content. BUT I found myself leaving the building for lunch, hunting for fresher options a little too much. I would succeed but it would sometimes mess up my flow at work, I needed to start bringing some food with me to work on my long days. I never have time in the morning to prepare (since I only give myself 15 min to get ready anyway, lol). I really should make the time though, even the night before.
In the meantime I came across Rising Moon Organics frozen items at Target. I bought 2 meals to give a try. Today's was the Organic Penne Pasta in Vodka Sauce.
In all honesty, they were..."OK", wasn't too flavorful....but the nurtrion facts were decent, so I don't feel horrible about it. Perhaps you'd like to give them a try? The other meal I bought was the Manicotti. I 'll let you know how that its... :)

Carrageenan free! Milk I swear by...
I was buying Silk soy milk, Almond Breeze and Blue Diamond almond milk as dairy alternatives until I read a disturbing article that most store brand non dairy milks contain a carcinogen called carrageenan but perhaps you would like to make your own opinion on how serious, or not you should take this information. These 3 articles go really in depth and have opposing views...
In the mean time, I'd always rather be safe than sorry and researched that Whole Foods brand '365' does not contain carrageenan. I've been extremely happy with them! Taste great. I believe trader joes milk is also carrageenan free.
